Our main event of the day was going to see Faith No More play at the Warfield. This is their first show in their hometown of San Francisco in 13 years and it was well worth the wait. I can’t remember when I’ve seen a live band that was so incredibly tight and on top of their game.
My sister called me on her drive home to San Francisco after Christmas. I was in the grocery store and she skipped the greeting and went right to: Do you remember a guy named Thomas Andrew Young? I told her it sounded familiar but that I was not sure who the person was.
The past month or so I’ve been doing 3 things to be more environmentally friendly: I’ve started riding my bike or walking to places within about 3 or 4 miles of me. I’ve even taken to riding the bus, something it’s taken me 15 years of living in Los Angeles to do.
